👋, Hello! I’m Gurmandeep Kaur, a mixed-methods UX Researcher with over five years of experience in understanding users from every angle. I believe that to truly connect with users, we need both data and stories; the numbers help us see the patterns, but the stories show us why they matter. With a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction, I bring together quantitative and qualitative insights to create experiences that resonate with real people. My journey has taken me through roles at Amazon, Johnson Controls, and now FoodReady Inc., where I lead research projects that turn complex user data into clear, actionable strategies. I specialize in aligning research findings with business goals, helping teams make decisions that truly improve user satisfaction. Whether it’s creating personas, analyzing data with Tableau, or conducting in-depth interviews, I thrive on blending methods to find the full picture.
Beyond research, I’m passionate about mentoring future UX professionals, sharing the value of a mixed-methods approach. Outside of work, you’ll often find me hiking new trails, traveling, or exploring different cultures—pursuits that keep me curious and inspired to see things from fresh perspectives.
